Joseph joined us on December 3, 2024 and will focus on representing injured individuals, helping us continue to serve families across the Lowcountry with dedication and compassion.

Meet Joseph T. Siegel

Joseph has always been passionate about fighting for the little guy. Inspired by his father, a respected trial lawyer and general practitioner in Walterboro, SC, his journey into law began early.

After earning his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2023, he spent a year and a half sharpening his skills at his previous firm in Walterboro. 

“For me, this work is personal,” Joseph shared. “It’s about standing up for people who feel powerless and have the deck stacked against them, and that’s what led me to Carr Legal Group. I’m excited to join a team that values principle over profit and is committed to making a real difference for people in our community.”

Beyond the Courtroom

When he’s not advocating for clients, Joseph enjoys spending time with his fiancé, family, and friends, and he also enjoys running, golfing, and playing basketball. A proud Clemson football fan, he adds with a laugh, “Sorry, Patrick! Go Gamecocks, but only when they aren’t playing my Tigers.”
